Have you guys come across with the problem of Having Proactive Defense and AntiSpam failed in Windows 98 and Windows Me?

And i can't initialize it too , dunno why.

please share if you have some ideas ,

Kaspersky in the tray is GRAY too .

Hello,

Try to update the product from Kaspersky Lab Update Server.

You can use the WKSCleaner.zip to fully uninstall the Anti-Virus, and install it again.
