Same thing happens on File server edition.
As Peskind said, turn off the Self Protection and you'll be able to access the local KAV just like you were sitting there.
In the Kaspersky Admin kit, open the PC’s properties, go to the Applications tab, and double click the AV line. Go the Properties and in the drop down, select Service. Uncheck the Enable Self-Defense option. It will take a few seconds for the change to propagate to the PC, but once it does, you can control Kaspersky locally just like you were sitting there. Just remember to turn the option back on when you’re done. It should come back on automatically on the next reboot, but you never know when that will be.
I wouldn’t suggest turning this option off permanently. The Self-Defense does more than just keep us from accessing the window in Dameware.
