My POS Retail software provider has advised me to disable the software firewall on my PCs due to conflicts experienced on other similar systems.

Can you provide instructions on disabling ONLY the firewall in KIS6.0?

My environment:
3 PC retail network (all XP Pro SP2)
6.0 DSL Netopia Modem
SonicWall TZ 170
KIS6.0 on all boxes

I have always run a software firewall behind my hard firewall w/o problems; but in this case data needs to flow unincumbered from my system to my software provider's server. They have convinced me that my TZ 170 will keep the bugs out.

just disable the anti-hacker module or uninstall it from start->programs->kaspersky internet security 6.0->modify, repair & remove->modify, click anti-hacker, select du uninstall it, then finish the wizard.

Upon installation of Anti-Virus for Window Workstations I lost my ablity to use webcam during Yahoo chats. I am getting a message that I am behind a firewall and cannot connect. Any ideas as to how to overcome this obstacle?
