Full Version: SIDS causes non synchronization in Admin Kit

I had a standard load on 1 XP computer. Also loaded Kaspersky 5.0 and agent. Then imaged and put on 28 computers. Using the Admin Kit, this is the only group of computers that will not synchronize. I can see the light red symbols but cannot control updates or tasks remotely. Does this have anything to do with SIDS? Is there a fix besides making new image w/o Kasper, deploying the image and sending install of Kasper to all 28 computers?

This will do it I think, thank you for responding. I am in need of the Duplicate Identifier Removal Utility now..I've search the site for it, is it available?

I was able to achieve what I needed by going to Kaspersky folder on individual computers and selecting Network Agent and launching the klmover. Once I did that I uninstalled the AV NOT the agent, rebooted and reinstalled the AV. Had to push updates and scan but it then showed up in the Admin Kit as GREEN!!! YAY FOR ME! wub.gif
