I have 5 server with Kav file server version 5.0.50, and 10 client (XP pro) with kav workstation version 5.0.228 and Kav administration kit version 5.0.1151.

I have created and configuration policies for group of client and server.

Every day i receive 15/20 e-mail for Server Administration Kit of notification type C:\System Volume Information\_restore{A0B296-304F-4C5A-A4DA-55BC69C7F6BB}\RP528\A0060701.exe infected of virus.
Not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.RAdmin.21

I append in riskware "C:\Programmi\RAdmin\*.*", and not receive e-mai for program Remote Administrator.

I append in file real-time, exclude object "C:\System Volmes Information\*.*" but i receive 15/20 e-mail.

How to configuration policies for not control the folder "C:\System Volumes Information\*.*"
