Hello:

I just installed KAV for Win Workstations for the first time. Did the full Scan and two DLLs showed up from Webex as "not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.WebEx". These are clearly DLLs that Webex installs as part of their system--I use Webex nearly every day. I would like to skip these and move on. However, when I do this, KAV won't clear itself and move on. I don't want to to delete them. However, I'm only given two choices: Delete and Skip. If I skip, I want the system to "get over it" and give me the "all clear" with nice green checks, not a big red X icon.

Is there a way to get around this? There needs to be a way to mark something as "trusted" so the system can learn what's ok.

Thanks,
M...

on the alert dialog window, below the two buttons (delete and skip) you should have an blue link that says "add to trusted zone...". you can also manually set the trusted objects by going in to settings -> protection -> trusted zone -> exclusion masks.
