Hi Guys!
I think you've rebootet the clients after insallation and have a valid license key !?
Also it's important to know if there was a preinstalled AntiVirus product from another vendor and from which.
normally there are no problems with running realtime protection...
hi defekt,
yes i've rebooted the clients after installation..(recommended).
In order to complete the application setup, registration of some services with the system is required, therefore you will be asked to restart your computer. Restarting your system is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED in order to ensure proper completion of the installation.
yes, i have a valid key file.
none, there are no other 3rd party anti-virus installed
and normally your right, coz there are no problems with running realtime protection...
what i did before is i intentionally unchecked the real time protection and deployed it on two workstation.. and that cause the problem.. anyway i just reinstall together with other workstation, this time i've checked the real time option in the installation settings..
