Hello,
We've purchased another license for Kapserky for an office here.
The problem is this office is running Small Business Server 2003 sp1.
We cannot seem to contact the localhost to administer this instance.
Are there any known issues or workarounds for running Kaspersky 5.5 for Exchange 2003 on Small Business Server?

ps We also have Kaspersky Administration Kit installed.
Maybe it has to do with that?

if it is SBS2003 R2 you need SQL Express 2005 from Microsoft.

When trying to administer Kaspersky for Exchange 5.5 through the Kaspersky Administration Kit it shows the installed application as inactive. When we look at the license nothing shows up. But we have deployed our license through the Kaspersky Adminstration Kit.
Hope this helps in resolving this issue.
Could you export in .reg file and send us this registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{F7795AA7-DF35-4FF1-98E8-C01A58A392BD} ?
