Hi, amongst my customers, I have 2 with novell network version 3.12. All the PC use operational system Windows XP Professional with the Novell Client 4.91 SP2. When any customer computer makes an impression for a printer installed in the print server of the Novell, the Windows is stopped, slowdown, and after some minutes it comes back to function normally. With the Kaspersky Antivirus 6 and 6 KIS this only happens. Already I tested with norton 2006/2007 and the problem does not occur. I Need a solution for this problem to recommend the purchase of this excellent antivirus.
