i have a problem with kav in an Domino 6.5 Win2k Environment.
If a user send an mail from the domino webclient to (for example) max@domain.com the mail is deliverd correct. But in the send folder is max@domain.com replaced by KAVCheckBox. In the mail are "hidden" fields with the correct recipient: AltSentTo, KAV_OriginalRecipients and KAV_OriginaSendTo.
An Update fron 5.0 to 5.5 does not solve the problem :-(

AS I understand you don'g uninstall prvious version. please uninstall all versions of KAV for lotus, then install version 5.5
