Hi, guys:

Have anyone ever had the same problem? My environment is
OS: 2003 server sp1
antivirus: Kaspersky for file server 5.0.77

I login the computer at administrator account.
I tried to use the command line is "kavshell addkey". I type "kavshell addkey c:\xxx.key /R /PWD:xxx".
And then i get the error message is "Password is not set". I very sure that i type the exact the path of the key, the filename of the keyand password. I confuse why can't add the license key successfully.
I don't know that others occur the same error or not. Could anyone give some purpose for it and share your experience?

Thanks your help and great appreciation.

Hi,

A license key for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows file servers can be added locally only with the Administration Console installed locally on the file server (you can get more detailed how to manage the Anti-Virus via the Administration Console here)
