Things working fine and now I cannot download Outlook mail without pausing protection. The same for internet explorer. Are my settings wrong?

also, under Protection, Malware categories, the virus/worms/trojans is greyed out. Is this correct?

If your using KIS/KAVforWKS check your Anti Hacker settings. Probably you have a rule for that applications.

Am using Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0. Hope you can help.

i don't think so, this type of behaviour (worked but now it doesn't) is caracteristic to that update
