Hi I recently bought and installed Kaspersky Antivirus 2011 and ran a full scan which resulted in the red and at risk. When I click on "Fix it now" and attempt to "neutralize all" nothing happens. Tried repair, update, disinfect still nothing gives.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

First two detections: Please clear your Sun Java cache, instructions: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml

Third detection for Treasure Seekers: Did you download that from the official source? If Yes, and if you know the game as a safe item, then please right click the detection and add to exclusions. And please send it to the Lab, instructions are located in the third important topic located near the top of the Virus section of this forum. I don't get the option "to add to exclusions" for the game yet I do on the other two. To be honest, I'd rather get rid of it, unfortunately it won't let me.

By "sending to the lab" I can't find the correct location of the file in order to do that, also anything else I can do to get this thing working thank you.

Please right click the detections that appear in your screenshot, then select Delete or Clear or Remove. Then Exit Kaspersky via right click the red K tray icon, then reboot. Then scan again. Any better?
