I am new to Kaspersky. After installing Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 I am continually getting a warning from Kaspersky's
"Detected active malicious software
Virus:
MEM:Rootkit.Win32.TDSS.fa
Location:
System Memory"
I think this is leading to the "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services" Microsoft error I get shortly after. When I perform recommended actions the reports say the virus is disinfected, but upon reboot it reshows itself. I tried customer supports advice of scanning in safe mode but that did nothing to solve the problem. If anyone knows help is greatly appreciated.
