Hello all,
I have KIS 2010 and when I try to go to hotmail.com, it seems to get stuck downloading some of the ad files for microsoft.com (ads1.live.com). I have to press the stop button, then I have to click the mail button at the top and let it sit for a few minutes before it'll let me click on my emails. When I disable KIS 2010 it works perfectly everytime. Does anyone else have this problem??

Hi,
Do you have the Anti Banner Enabled? If yes, try disabling it and see if that helps
