Dear Sir/Madam,
I am new to this forum..
I have a problem with virus. My problem is a doc file by the name of folder is created in the folder. i.e, If there is a folder by name Manual a doc file with the name Manual is created in the folder Manual and its' size would be in MBs i.e, around 2 MB. If the doc file is deleted it comes back after sometime, the doc file is empty and when it is opened it starts working and consequently the network becomes slow.


One more problem is a service called regsvr.exe is created in the task manager and it utilizes the most resources of the CPU as a result the system becomes slow even if i end the process it comes back on reboot .

We are using Kaspersky anti virus for windows workstations along with administration kit in our office.

could someone help me in this regard.
