I went to enter my old log key and get an invalid key pop up???? Any suggestions? Am a bit frustrated tat I can't get directly to a Kaspersky Tech Dept for helps

If it's regarding a KIS, then you should ask the forum just above that deals with KIS/Kav : "protection for home users".

Now, if the Product installed was KIS2010 and the product installed IS KIS2010, there shouldn't be any problem. Try to download the KIS from downloadable product and not from trail version... maybe it can solve your problem (though i wouldn't give a chance at it...)

Are you sure of your download ? don't you want KAV4WKS instead (since your are in the small medium business section) ? are you using a admin kit, how many computer do you deal with ?
