Salve, ho problemi a collegarmi da casa in terminal service al computer dell'ufficio. penso sia l'antivirus, perche' e' da quando l'ho installato che non riesco piu' (Kaspersky è nel computer dell'ufficio). Devo regolare delle restrizioni? Come faccio?

Che prodotto hai in ufficio?
Kaspersky Antivirus KAV oppure Kaspersky Internet Security KIS?
Quale versione 2009 o 2010?
