from what subnet to what subnet ping do not work?
what subnet your server belong?

Why are you do not enable lock in AH policy settings? If you do not do this clients will ignore Policy settings and will have own network settings.

im trying to ping from 192.168.10/24 to 192.168.14.0/24

i thought the lock just meant you couldnt edit the rules, so unless the lock is enabled then the policy settings arent put in?

Yes, if you do not lock the lock settings will not forced to workstations

that did it,

so locking the padlock, enforces policy settings and prohibts users from changing settings?
