It says that I have 13 Threats detected. 12 Virus and 1 trojan. What am I suppose to do?? They are not going away!! Please Help Me!!

Hello Everyone, This problem started yesterday! Kaspersky keeps detecting threats on Firefox* Does anyone have any suggestions? i called but the problem is not fixed yet...

Hello Everyone, i recently got Windows 7 from Best Buy they upgraded me to Kaspersky 2010... i keep getting threats* since 11/3 when i,m on Firefox i hope someone* can fix this...

Welcome. Post screenshot of Detected > Active threats. With columns widened to show full name and object details.

How to take and post screenshot: PrtSc (Print screen) key (upper right part of keyboard)> open Paint (Start > All programs > Accessories) > Edit > Paste, File > Save as (jpeg or
png, Not bmp). When replying, Browse > click once to select file > Open > Upload > add reply.

Hello richbuff, my kaspersky is green* so i,m okay correct? no clue how to do screenshots.. i got 2 trojans detected here is 1 > HEUR:Trojan.Scri... i can,t post the half link or can i ?

Hi,
I have KIS 2010 installed and initially things were going fine. But off late I hav been getting this message saying threats detected. When I try to Neutralize this, it actually doesnt do it. usually when I neutralize the threats the red light turns green saying the system is free of any virus/threat. Now it has been glowing red for a long time and I have been trying all sorts of solutions, failing in each one successfully. I m posting a screen shot below. Kindly let me know what is wrong and what i should do to disinfect all the threats.

i did a scan it says 4 threats infected now what do i exit Kapersky 1st* then download the AVPTool Guide.pdf (657.7 KB)

Hello Everyone, i had 1 threat [before Nov 3rd] now it says 19 but i did the scan with the AVP Tool and i have no threats i,m on IE.. will come here to read* this Kaspersky/Firefox problem is FIXED*
