Ok, so I still suffer from slow printing on many of my clients. Is there anyway I can track down what KAV is doing or getting hung up on?

Is there a log showing activity on the client that I can look at before, during, and after a print job has been executed?

What kind of printer you are using in your enterprise?

I have 5 different printers. Same result on all of them. Remove KAV, printing is instant. Install KAV without NDIS and printing the exact same doc takes 1min.

Do you already tried to add the process spoolsv.exe in the trusted zone?
Then in the settings ANTI-HACKERS / programs and rules for this process to allow full access to TCP / UDP
And the last sollution: turn off component iSwift in file-antivisus settings tab.

I have already added spoolsv.exe to the trusted apps. I am not using anti-hacker. I will try iswift.
