Hi , I received an error when trying to install the NetAgent 8.02048 to windows 2003 sp2 terminal server. But error due to incorrect installation of the account failed.I try again with correct account but I receive that error "Remote installation is failed on the computer. Another installation is already in progress...." I do not want to restart that server. How do I new install without this error? Or how do I turn off suppend the already progress?
