You must use Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server Enterprise Edition and you can download it here:

P.S.: Check Service Pack 3 for SQL Server 2K5...
If the server is not clustered or has MS terminalserver or Citrix running, I suggest to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server MP4 (6.0.4.1212).
