Hello everyone,
I tried to search the forum but I can not get on top of our problem.

We installed the adminkit ver. 8 on our corporate network, and managed to install and propagate updates without problems.

We noticed, however, that when a PC is disconnected from the network, and reconnected to another network if there is perhaps a proxy with authentication, the client fails to download updates.

Analyzing the client, we realized that in the update section in the part where you can specify a proxy server, the "OK" button is disabled (by selecting the option "Use custom proxy ...").

Doing the test, leave it set to detect the settings from Internet Explorer, if you request authentication window appears where you enter your credentials, but they are as often rejected (the credentials work well for browsing with IExplorer).

Where can we unlock the update module settings, so that the client can manually specify a proxy server without having to draw strength from IExplorer?? We must realize that policy so that the PC, once disconnected from the network, empowering this form??? We have already verified all the policies and tasks that are properly configured for the mobile user "but we keep getting the same problem.

Available for any additional information and screeshoot

Thank you rolleyes.gif

Is the client configured to get updates from an Administration Kit, the Kaspersky Lab Update Server or from a specified update source? Please provide screenshot of the updatesource in the settings of the corresponding client.
