my computer detected 2 viruses, HEUR:trojan.script.inframer.
status: infected
the green bar on the main page says no active threats and protected.
should i be concerned that the report status still says infected and critical? how do i fix, remove, etc infected files.
thanks,
eric

Asking Rich Buff, or any other member of the forum that may know. Rich is very good, so is Dawg. We are in good hands for a determination..

Here's mine. Ever since the threat was detected, internet explorer has been painfully slow to open and to open new tabs.

I'm having the same problem. I tried to attach a screenshot of my own particular version of the problem, but apparently the file is too large, and I'm too tired to figure out how to compress it. But my screen looks pretty much like the others here. And what does the blue "i" beside the date mean?
Here is the data in non-screenshot form, for what it is worth:
31/10/2009 12:30:28 PM Detected virus HEUR:Trojan.Script.Iframe xxp://d7.zedo.com/jsc/fl.js?n=1123&c=.../ad.doubleclick[/url]

Thanks ever so!

1) So far, no posting of screenshot of Detected > Active threats. Probably is empty, because it was blocked. If there is nothing in Active Threats, it was blocked. If it was blocked, there will be nothing in Active Threats.
2) False positive? Send links to the Lab, instructions are located in the third important topic located near the top of the Virus section of this forum. And here:
