I had Kaspersky and it expired... I am now infected with a virus

At first my wireless was disabled, but I found a way to enable it. Then IE did not open so I used firefox to download the newest version of Kaspersky

The virus does not let me open the file. Now firefox does not open so I have no way to use the internet.

Please help

Download Kaspersky's AVPtool onto another computer and save it to a USB. Make the USB a Read-Only one (often a little tab on the USB with a padlock showing if its read-only or not.

Run AVPtool on the infected computer. If it detects anything, post here what and where its located.
Then create a syslog - http://support.kaspersky.com/avptool/main?qid=208279892 and attach that to your next post.
