I apologize if this topic has already been addressed; I could not locate it.
A client has installed a special-purpose workstation for customer usage in their showroom; it is connected to an Open internet connection. The client desires to aggressively limit the internet locations that can be accessed from this workstation. Using Kaspersky 6.0.3.837, is there a way for me to list the 20+ urls that are allowed to be accessed with all others being blocked?
You could configure packetfilter-rules in Anti-Hacker to block all traffic on port 80 and 443, excluding allowed domains.

Thanks for your suggestion; I understand how to create packet filter rules (outgoing) for ports 80 and 443, but I cannot determine how to 'exclude allowed domains'. I can find no reference to allowed domains (or similar) within the Anti-Hacker section. Can you please clarify? Thanks again.
Hi,
For example. if you want to allow www.google.com. In the firewall, create a new rule, set to
- allow
- select remote ip, configure it as "TCP/IP v4" and enter www.google.com under "IP-address/Name" and Add
- select outgoing
- if you want to retrict to port 80 and 443, do so
make sure this new rule is moved to the top of the list, before the blocking rule
If you are using MP4/R2, you can also use anti-banner for such purpose
- create a blacklist with "*"
- create a whitelist with "www.google.com"
Both method is untested. So please test it out.
