Just started to use Kaspersky on a trial -waiting for activation code from Barclays - on initial scan following found -
Trojan-Spy.HTML.Fraud.gen
although Kaspersky cannot quarantine - quoting "cannot be moved to quarantine : write not supported" - the recommended action being to skip.
Should I be concerned, why can't trojan be disinfected/quarantined.
Comments welcome.
Thanks

hello
sounds like a phishing mail, where is it detected, in which file?

It detailed as being in -
c\documents and settings\localsettings\applictionsdata/microsoft\windowslivemail\storagefolders\deleteditems\23294edd-00001a8.eml//fromHSBCBank<serviceteam.refnw'@--------
looks like it relates to a spoof email from HSBC Bank

empty your deleted items folder in windows live mail and see if it gets detected again.
you can also try deleting this file manually and see what happens: c\documents and settings\localsettings\applictionsdata/microsoft\windowslivemail\storagefolders\deleteditems\23294edd-00001a8.eml

Thanks for the help - solved problem by going to folder containing virus file - Kaspersky the was able to quarantine the virus.
