Sirs

Bring back stream buffering like in KAV 7.0 this fragment buffering is what is slowing down internet speeds ..After clean install windows 7 had to go to KAV 2010. there is no option for stream buffering and anyway I set up web anti virus my 10 meg internet was slowed to a crawl .. this was easy reproduced by booting up in win xp and changing KAV 7.0 web anti virus setting to fragment buffering= slow internet ..Steam buffering= Fast .. So put back in STREAM BUFFERING . Right now to enjoy my full internet speeds I had to switch to another antivirus (bit defender).

Thanks
David

Streaming is now default actually, and buffering was dropped. Ensure your NIC drivers are fully updated to support NDIS 6.0 specification.

Thanks for the reply . I will call tech support in morning about some help with setting up ,all I'm seeing in web antivirus setting under scan optimization is a check box for fragment buffering time Either check or not my internet speeds have dropped . My nic driver are the newest out( released 10/24/2009) .
What is funny is after being a avid kaspersky user since KAV 6.0 and now looking at different virus scanners for the past week made me remember why I went with KAV in the first place!!!

Thank you
David
