Hello all,
We purchased KAV Workstation (5/6) + File Server (6) recently and were unable to install it on our Fedora server due to version of Fedora that we were running. I remember reading that it worked with Debian, so we recently setup a Debian server and when I tried to install KAV 32 bit, I found out the server is 64 bit. It's a virtual private server from Rackspace, and they only have 64 bit versions of their operating systems. Is it possible to install KAV on a 64 bit Debian based system? If so, how would I go about it. I'm willing to give it a try and work through any problems, but I'm just not quite sure how to get started.
Also, are there any known issues with running KAV on 64 bit Debian and is there a release planned in the near future to support this OS?
Thanks very much for you feedback!
It look´s that the version 6 doesn´t support Debian 64Bit.

That's very interesting since Ubuntu is based off of Debian...
Any ideas when 6 might come out so that I can at least give it a try?
