I have a server running Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 R2. I have installed two components of Kaspersky's EnterpriseSpace Security. KAS 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and KAS 6.0 for Windows Servers. Since the installation of these two components I have been receiving in my morning server reports the error (Windows Small Business Server Backup failed (Event ID: 5634). Does anyone have any idea what I may have done wrong in configuration of these components, or how I may be able to correct this problem?

Which builds are installed from Kaspersky products?

Which backup program?

Did the backup failed if service from KAV is stopped?

Builds Being Used
kav5.5 1388 For Exchange Servers
kav6.0.4.1212 Anti-virus For Windows Servers

I am using SBS 2003 R2 Default Backup Application.

Backup will work if KAV is stopped
