Whoops. It is running on Windows 2000 Server and I used SQL Express.
Thanks again.

Is there a way to purge the database? I guess I'll do an uninstall and then reinstall and recreate everything if I don't hear back in another day. Will the clients care that the admin kit has been set up from scratch and lose their licenses?

SQL Express 2005 ? Is there any Service Pack installed on the SQL Express ?
Please, send to me all files ERRORLOG* from LOG subdirectory of the SQL Express installation directory.

As it may be seen from the logs the SQL Server crashes due to an index corruption. The reason of the corrupt index is usually a power loss while the HDD hardware caching is enabled. To prevent such problems in future you should either turn off HDD hardware caching or use UPS with feedback for the computer with SQL Server installed.

Now you should reinstall AK and restore it from the backup created by the klbackup utiity.

If you have no actual backup you may try to fix indexes. To do it run query from "fix_corrupt_indices.7z": unpack the archive on the computer with the Administration Server installed and launch start.cmd.

Thanks! I have run the SQL command and will let you know if it hangs again.

Checking back in to say that I have not had the administration kit service crash since I ran the index fix.
Thanks!
