I have been trying for several days to get support from the forums and from submitting tickets and calling them on the phone...with no luck...I upgraded to the new MP4 with new admin kit and i have had nothing but trouble...if anyone is thinking of upgrading WAIT its not working right....

What's the problem exactly, I've upgraded to MP4 for many of my clients with no problem at all !!

I opened a case through http://usa.kaspersky.com/support/corporate-support-case.php on June 2, 2009 and resubmitted the request on June 4 by replying to the request confirmation but to this date, I still have not received a reply from support@us.kaspersky.com.

I didn't get a ticket number. All I got was a confirmation email from support@us.kaspersky.com with the following lines:
