I've installed KAK v. 8.0.2048 and have deployed KAV Server MP4 6.0.4.1212 in 4 different Citrix servers. The problem is that after a user logs off, the session state remains as Down and cannot be reset. I've unistalled KAV and everything looks normal. It happens after I've installed KAV server. No errors or messages are generated in the logs. If I reboot the servers, the state clears but again, after a user logs off, the state stays down.

Please help. I've been restarting the servers every night to keep them clear.

Please remove the current version of KAV and install the version designed to work an Citrix/TSE servers, which is KAV for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition.
