#1181 (-2147221164) Error 1181/0x80040154 ('System error 0x80040154 (Class not registered)') opening firewall manager. I keep getting this error in my event log and noticing a very significant decrease in processing power. It takes upwards of 10 seconds to access anything on a local disk (Ex. C:\). As I said, I'm running a Vista x64 system, and I know this response time is related to KAV. We had an issue identical to this that was resolved by uninstalling KAV and the Network Agent.
I have manually disabled Windows Firewall and Windows Defender and stopped both of their respective services. I believe that this topic may have been handled in the Russian Forum, but I'm not positive.
I am currently running Ver. 6.0.4.1212 of KAV for Windows Workstations and Administration Kit Ver. 8.0.2048.
