Hi

We have about 300 Windows Workstation using Kaspersky version 6.0.2.678 and the license is about to expire. I think our upper management are working on to get a renewal key.

My problem is the deployment of it once we received the renewal key. We don't use the Admin kit. Would it be possible to use a Group Policy for this? Is there any alternative way of doing this a part from manual update?

Thanks
Helmut
You can create a batch file and this you can deploy with GPO. The commands are listed here.

Thanks. I tried this by typing

avp.com ADDKEY xxxxxxx

where xxxxx is the license key, however it says

Parameter /password=<password> is required for this action.
If you have not yet specified the password, please specify it using administration GUI or Administration Kit console.

any idea?
Helmut
Try this: avp.com ADDKEY <file_name> /password=<your_password>
