Hello all,

We have a exchange server 2007 running on a single domain and it has been running smoothly for about 1 year and a half. We also have install Kaspersky 6.0 for Exchange Server 2007 in this server. Yesterday emails staring to stop in the submission folder of our server and Kaspersky gave us a message in the application folder of the event viewer that says:

The execution time of agent 'Kaspersky Security routing filter agent' exceeded 300000 (milliseconds) while handling event 'OnSubmittedMessage'. This is an unusual amount of time for an agent to process a single event. However, Transport will continue processing this message.

Have you seen this message before? If so, is there any patch that can be fix this issue?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please give the exact build number of KAV for MS Exchange that you're using.
FYI, the latest version is 6.0.1512.1514

The version that we got install is 6.0.744.342. I'm going to update this version to see if we can ride off this issue.
