I have installed the new Admin Kit 8 and im running KAV for exchange 2000/2003 I have installed the new connector and ran the registry editor, exchange 2000/2003 is showing up under my excahange server settings but the start/stop buttons are disabled and no virus info is being reported to the admin kit. I have set it to delete messages with viruses and i sent the test virus "eicar" through the system. It deletes the message but does not report it, i have set it to email me when a virus is detected and this worked before installing admin kit 8 also when i run a report for exchange 2000/2003 it shows no viruses it shows no viruses detected...

I guess, the support would be a good choice.

Well so far I cannot even get in touch with kaspersky support...i call the numbers on the website and they just ring and ring until a fax machine picks up...If anyone from kaspersky is reading this please help i have been using kaspersky for a while and recently all the problems i have been having and the complete lack of support are making me want to switch all my clients to something else...this is just getting stupid..I also started a support ticket last week and i have not heard anything back from kaspersky on that either....All i want to do is get my exchange server to report the viruses its finding to the admin kit...i have done all the proper steps.

In which country did you open the support ticket and what's the ticket-number as far as you got one?

In the USA...The auto reply email did not have a case number...Why when i call support it just rings and rings and then a fax machine picks up? It did this on the support number and the sales number...I called during business hours...
