Add it to exclusions. Its a legitimate driver for Synaptics hardware.
Today I had the same problem... Might this program be damaging for my PC???
I have just upgraded to KIS 2010 from 2009 and got the same issues file ref

As I was running KIS 2009 for the last 12 months and this only picked up today by KIS 2010, I am wondering if it is correct or a false positive.
Any advice from Kaspersky please??
