Hi,
I'm new to Kaspersky and am using Internet Security 2010. When I load Delphi I get the message "Cannot create file C:\Users\Colin\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\HLRYDLUI\wploader[6].js The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". The filename varies each time I load Delphi. I can get around it to an extent by pausing Kaspersky. If resume Kaspersky the messages start re-appearing.
Can anybody help ?
