The Problem with Kaspersky Lab remote diagnostic Utility (AK8 8.0.2048) get the getsysteminfo log , when we upload this format log to www.getsysteminfo.com analyze,
it will show the error message as attachment.

Hello,

That's probably because the last public version of GetSystemInfo utility (v4.x) can not be executed silently.
You may ask this feature in this section of the forum.

Extract the report from the .cab file - don't upload the cab, upload the txt file inside.

Yes, I uploaded website to GSI Praser with the form of the txt.

May I also suggest this feature? GSI 3 is near-useless on Vista and Windows 7.

Yes, of course....................it's not made for Vista and Windows 7, thats what you have 4.0 for!
