Full Version: KAV Admin Kit "Cannot generate report"

version 6.1710 KAV Admin kit

When I try and generate any Report from the admin console installed on my workstation, complains with a generic popup "Cannot generate report" (very helpful!)

Running directly on the server, everything seems ok.

Obviously some-things being blocked (maybe some temp file). But what and where ?

What is your version of Windows and browser? Other features work correctly?

У меня после апгрейта adminkit 6 на последний 8 adminkit не открывается ни один отчет! пишет невозможно создать отчет.
система Server standart 2003 R2
в 6-м работало без проблем.
В остальном пока не заметил сбоев ...

Hi sorry in the delay.. had lots of other issues with KAV going on too, non-related.

Ok - So XP Pro SP3. IE8, Firefox 3.5, Everything else works fine except reports.

Where does it store the temporary reports? Maybe its a permissions issue.
