i have a win2003 server installed with 6.0.3.837 & added to kav admin kit. The global update task stuck at 100% & duration show 15 days. i know restart server will solve the problem but this happened to few servers before. any reason why this happened? attach snapshot captured from server & admin kit global update task setting.

What is the source for this task? Internet or admin server?

source is admin kit & domain admin right account used for network agent to have server $ access

Under which accout is the update task running?

Please change to "domain\administrator"
