Did You change some of the GetSystem.exe standard settings before generate the report?.

Regards.

no, no settings were changed. actually i got it to work. the problem was with my host file which ws deleted when i did a full scan so i just put it back in place from my backup which i keep and the report ran without any issues. i've uploaded the result to the support team via my personal cabinet and they asked for the following

Run AVZ utility -> press 'File' -> select 'Custom scripts' -> copy the script below and paste it to opened 'Runing script' window, then press 'Run' button:

begin
SearchRootkit(true, true);
SetAVZGuardStatus(True);
DelBHO('{219C3416-8CB2-491a-A3C7-D9FCDDC9D600}');
DelBHO('{5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB}');
QuarantineFile('C:\WINDOWS\system32\winsys2.exe','');
BC_ImportDeletedList;
BC_Activate;
ExecuteSysClean;
RebootWindows(true);
end.

After system reboot, please, run the following script:

begin
CreateQurantineArchive(GetAVZDirectory+'quarantine.zip');
end.

after sending them the report they replied with this "We have escalated your request to Kaspersky Lab virus analysts at newvirus@kaspersky.com. We will reply as soon as we receive an answer from them."

my pc is almost a year old and had KAV2009 since day one which i have upgraded to KAV2010.
