Using Kaspersky Mobile Security 8.0.0.75 (lastest version downloaded 2 days ago) on HTC Ozone using Windows Mobile 6.1 on Verizon CDMA network. Updates run in last few days on both KMS and Windows Mobile.
When I send the phone an SMS with "find:secretcode" it responds to the sending phone with an SMS having latitude/longitude. When I configured Theft Location, it asked me to enter an email address, and I've verified the email address is correct. The documentation says that KMS will also send me an email with the lat/long. Other postints on this board claim that the email will have a convenient Google Maps link.
No such email ever arrives. I have checked my anti-spam filters, and there is no Kaspersky email that has been filtered out.
I would really like the "Find" message to create both the response SMS AND the email. How can I make that happen? I've reviewed the docs and I've looked at this board. (One discussion seems to imply that email will not work on CDMA phones, which is puzzling.)
Any help appreciated.
