Hi,

We have around 125 workstations with Kaspersky 6.0.3.837. We have an update task which is run once daily for all workstations. I am facing 2 update problems.

The first is that the task fails for some PCs, however if I update manually from the client, update is successful.

In the second, the task fails and manual updates also fails. It gives some error message "memory could not be read" , screen shots attached.

For the second problem I have tried to Un-install and then install, but same problem occurred agin. Also, I have tried to delete this file updcfg.xml manually and using CleanupUpdCfg.zip utility, but that did not work either.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Many thanks for the reply, really appreciate it.

Please find the GSI reports. The first one is for a PC with the 2nd update problem (cant update from server or client)
The first screen shots are also from this PC.

The second GSI report is for a client that the update task fails for, but manually it can get updated.
