We have the admin server to monitor, roll out, and keep all our computers comliant. We purchased a 250 user lic but it shows we have maxed out and we only have about 100 computers now. What is the best way to remove the old computers and clean up our license count?

Thanks,

Delorian

As far as I know, you have to delete them out of Kaspersky and Active Directory. I'm pretty sure that removes them from your license count.

Hello, welcome to forum!

If you have deployes licensed via Adminkit, you should delete unusable PCs from "Groups" and "Network".

Thank you both, I was hoping it was that easy!

Hello,

On the server hosting the Kaspersky Administrator Kit once you have deleted your computers in the Group and Network nodes (make certain you have turned off automatic forwarding of computers if you are using this), open a command prompt and enter: ipconfig /flushdns. Sometimes this is necessary to get the licenses back.

Thanks,
