We are an end-user of Kaspersky Enterprise Security Suite and we currently have a problem with our Domino Server. The past few days we noticed that our Mail Server is not working properly wherein the Domino Server abruptly crashed. After examining the logs, we noted that there are errors in KAV before the Domino Server crashes. We saw the .dmp files but we don't have the capability of reading them. We asked our supplier to read analyze them but they are charging us just by looking at it. Would like to check if somebody in this forum can help us decipher the .dmp file so that we can prevent the crashes. TIA.
