I just started using Kaspersky's Internet security recently and was very frustrated by constant popups/action requests when using firefox. I eventually came here and figured out why it wouldn't let me "make trusted" as explained on the below link in the section quoted.

"Note that some low or high restricted applications will try to open another browser/program in order to display a page like online help."

Yall should seriously think about reworking that interface. Now I realize it isnt a simple problem but your solution is annoying as hell to use. There is no explanation on the popup as why it is happening. An extra option like "Why are we fucking with you?" would have been great. Just a heads up, a fresh windows vista install with Firefox 3.0 will cause one of these popups every time firefox is opened due to firefox attempting to read Thunderbirds registry entries (apparently...).

actually the title in the popup should say that the trusted application is miss used by a restricted one or something like that - the text at the top.
