Hi there. I'm having difficulty deploying the installation packages with certain computers using the Kaspersky Administration Kit.
Some of them will work fine, and others give messages saying the host is unreachable and that it can't connect to deploy the software. It also will not synchronize with the computer giving a similar message. It's as if it's not active on the network, but I know they are because one of the affected units is mine.
Are there any additional steps other than what's in the FAQ here that I can use to troubleshoot the issue?
